Shipping times depend on the type of product you purchase. Ready-to-ship items are processed within 3–5 business days, while made-to-order and keepsake items require additional production time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, Emerald Rewoven does not accept returns or exchanges. Because many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, personalized, or created from reclaimed textiles, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production planning and material preparation may begin, making the order ineligible for cancellation.
