Our journey began with a simple idea: meaningful textiles should not be forgotten. A baby's first outfit, a favorite dress, a beloved shirt, or a cherished piece of fabric can hold memories that deserve to live on. Through thoughtful craftsmanship, we transform those treasured materials into handcrafted bags and keepsakes that can be carried, used, and loved for years to come.

Emerald Rewoven specializes in creating one-of-a-kind handbags, travel bags, and custom memory keepsakes using a blend of upcycled and carefully selected new textiles. Each piece is individually crafted with attention to detail, respect for the materials, and appreciation for the stories they carry.
The Meaning Behind Our Name
The name Emerald Rewoven is deeply personal and reflects both the heart of our founder and the purpose behind every creation.

"Emerald" comes from Esmeralda, the middle name of our founder. Although she never particularly loved having it as a middle name while growing up, she always dreamed of making it part of something meaningful—something she could build with pride and purpose. Over time, what was once simply a name became the inspiration for a business dedicated to creativity, craftsmanship, and transformation.

The emerald gemstone itself also holds special significance. Known for its beauty, rarity, strength, and lasting value, an emerald is treasured for generations. At Emerald Rewoven, we see a similar beauty in forgotten textiles, well-loved garments, fabric remnants, and cherished clothing that may no longer be worn but still holds value and meaning.

Our mission is to transform those materials into something beautiful once again—to uncover the hidden gem within and create pieces that can be used, loved, and treasured for years to come.
