1. Process Timeline & Project Scope
By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge the standard progression of your custom project:
Consultation & Quote
We will review your request to provide design recommendations, estimated pricing, anticipated timelines, and the required deposit amount.
Reservation & Shipping:
Upon signing this agreement and paying the Project Reservation Fee, you will receive shipping instructions. Garments must not be shipped prior to official acceptance.
Creation & Delivery
Once your garments are received, they are carefully inspected, planned, cut, and transformed into your custom keepsake. Final photos will be sent (when applicable), and the remaining balance must be paid in full before your completed keepsake is packaged and shipped.
Because every Keepsake Project is handcrafted from customer-provided textiles, production timelines vary based on the complexity of each project, the condition and quantity of the materials provided, and our current production schedule. Some projects require more time than others due to their unique design and construction. Emerald Rewoven will communicate estimated timelines throughout your project and keep you informed of any changes should additional time be needed. While many projects are completed within 6–10 weeks from the date we receive your garments, this timeframe is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
2. Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Because Emerald Rewoven accepts only a limited number of Keepsake Projects each month, your project slot is exclusively reserved for you.
The Project Reservation Fee covers consultation and design planning, and applies toward your final balance.
This fee is strictly non-refundable.
Garment Submission Deadline: Garments must be shipped within 21 days of your fee payment. If garments are not received within this timeframe and no communication has been made, your reservation may be canceled, and your reservation fee will be forfeited. If you require an extension, you must contact us to arrange alternative timing.
3. Garment Shipping Guidelines
Customers are entirely responsible for the cost and safety of shipping garments to Emerald Rewoven. We strongly recommend sending clean garments, folded neatly, in a sturdy shipping box with tracking and insurance for irreplaceable items. You must include your name, order number, and contact information inside the package.
4. Design Expectations & Material Transformation
Every keepsake is handcrafted and entirely one of a kind. While we strive to preserve meaningful features (such as pockets, buttons, embroidery, labels, or special details), the final design is ultimately dictated by fabric quantity, condition, structural integrity, product size, and overall design balance.
Permanent Modification Warning: By proceeding, you understand and expressly agree that your garments will be permanently cut and transformed. Original garments cannot be restored or returned to their original state once production begins.
Material Suitability: Some fabrics may be deemed unsuitable for production due to age, wear, or damage. Small design adjustments may be made at our discretion to ensure the structural durability and craftsmanship of the final product.
5. Final Payment, Returns, and Workmanship
Final Balance: The remaining project balance must be paid in full upon project completion and prior to shipment.
All Sales Are Final: Because every project is custom-created from customer-provided textiles, all Keepsake Projects are final sale. Completed keepsakes cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Workmanship Concerns: If you have a specific concern regarding the workmanship of your keepsake, you must contact Emerald Rewoven within 7 days of delivery.
6. Media & Photography
Photography Permission: By signing this agreement, you grant Emerald Rewoven permission to photograph your completed keepsake for portfolio, website, and social media use. If you prefer your project to remain completely private, please notify us in writing via email prior to signing.
7. Customer Binding Agreement
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to all of the terms outlined above. I confirm that I have read, understood, and accept the Emerald Rewoven project guide. I understand that my garments will be permanently and irreversibly transformed, that the Project Reservation Fee is non-refundable, and that I agree to ship my garments within 21 days of payment unless an extension is approved. Finally, I accept that each keepsake is a handcrafted, unique creation and grant permission for my project to be photographed for portfolio and social media use unless a private opt-out was requested in writing.
