Thank you for shopping with Emerald Rewoven. Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care in our Florida studio. Because many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or one of a kind, please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Time
Processing time is the time required to prepare your order before it ships.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-Order Products: Production times are listed on each product page and generally require up to 8 weeks before shipment.

Keepsake Collection Projects: Production begins after your garments have been received, approved, and your Project Reservation Fee has been paid. Estimated completion times will be discussed during your consultation and vary depending on the complexity of each project.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout based on your location and package size.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Emerald Rewoven is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer is responsible for purchasing a new shipping label.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders will be reshipped after the new shipping fee has been paid.

If we cannot contact you or receive payment within 30 days of the package being returned, the order may be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, ownership transfers to the customer.

For additional peace of mind, shipping insurance is available upon request for an additional fee.
International Shipping
Emerald Rewoven currently ships throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

If you live outside the United States, please contact us before placing your order to discuss shipping availability and rates.
Keepsake Collection Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping their garments to Emerald Rewoven after project approval and receiving shipping instructions.

Return shipping for completed Keepsake Collection projects will be included in your final invoice unless otherwise noted.
